Got an idea? Let us know — it’s your club too.
We are a volunteer-led, community-driven club. We rely on the enthusiasm, time, and support of our members to help the club grow and thrive — both on and off the pitch.
We warmly welcome all members to get involved in any aspect of club life.
Introduce New Members
Know someone who might enjoy Cricket? Bring along friends, family, colleagues — new players and volunteers are always welcome at any age or level.
Lending a Helping Hand on Matchdays
We know that not everyone has time to help out with day to day things at the club. But if you are asked to assist with certain matchday tasks please do so, safe in the knowledge that a little bit of effort from everyone goes a long way.- we are all volunteers.
Suggest Sponsors
Sponsorship is vital to keep membership fees as low as possible. If you own or know of any local businesses that could be of interest, let us know.
Help Inspire Our Juniors & Support the Club
Parents are encouraged to take an interest in their child's cricket. We understand that for some of you cricket is another 'drop off and pick up' activity. But community clubs rely on their members do a little bit more, even if that means staying to watch the game and buying a drink at the bar. The little things matter. Volunteer a small amount of time, support an event or share some ideas to help the club grow.
Follow The Club's Code of Conduct
We hold ourselves to high standards of behaviour. Please respect our rules and policies.
Use Teamo Actively
Regularly update your availability at least 3-4 weeks in advance. This helps coaches, captains and team managers immensely. All of them are giving up a lot of time to help run teams, and anything members can do to lighten the load is welcome. Check in for fixture, event and training updates.
We believe in being open and transparent about how we use the membership and match fees. These fees do not cover everything but they are our biggest source of income. Here is a breakdown of how your contributions support the club. This will give you an idea of what members fees help to cover:
Facilities Costs
Grounds Maintenance
Affiliation Fees
Club Insurance
Competition Costs
Club Systems & Operations
Essential Equipment
Club Clothing Purchases:
Why Fundraising Matters
Even with membership and match fees, we still fall short of covering all expenses.
That’s why we also raise funds through:
All players and parents of players should behave respectfully towards club officials, captains, coaches and others club members at all times. Harassment of officials, captains and coaches including the constant questioning of selection and in-game decisions is not tolerated. The cricket committee will inform individuals if their behaviour is unacceptable and reserve the right to cancel membership without refund of membership fee if their behaviour is considered so.
All parents or guardians should note that a child can only play matches for one club in the MJCA (Middlesex Junior Cricket Association). Anyone found to be playing matches in any MJCA competition at another club is liable to have their membership cancelled. The club operates a no refund policy on any cancelled memberships - either by member or club.
The club is not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to property whilst a player attends the club.
When you become a member you agree to abide by the rules and policies of the club. These are comprised of the following:

The club uses the Teamo sports club management platform. If you have been sent a membership link to join the club, the below guides can assist you in completing the membership registration form. Teamo gives clubs and teams a secure database, managed communication system and interactive app for team management and more. Every member will use Teamo. It’s an app we use to manage membership information, accept payments, organise coaching sessions and fixtures, as well as communicate with members.
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
